3 Weeks

So Matthew has officially adjusted to being a big brother. Still not interested in sitting and taking pictures with his brother but for anyone who knows him, hes never been interested in sitting still! Ben had an appointment with the visiting nurse who reports that he weighs as of last week 9lbs 6 ounces and has grown to be 21.5 inches tall! I cant believe how fast its gone and how great my family is! We missed out on Graduation for Uncle Craig but we are so proud to have 2 Dr.'s in the family!!! Congrats Dr. C Jude and Dr. B Jude!! We will be heading home to RI soon for a week... unfortunately dad has to stay here and work but we will keep him posted on all craziness!!! Thats it for now!!!

BENJAMIN FRANCIS POOLER

Well he is officially here! Benjamin Francis was born on May 23rd, 2009 at 5:29pm by c-section. He just couldnt help putting his hands above his head and trying to come out elbow first. So after they popped his olympic sized swimming pool they realized he was just not cooperating. He was 8 pounds 12.5 ounces, 19 and 3/4 inches long and had a head that was 14 and 3/4 inches big. The doctors have all given us a clean bill of health and he has the best appetite in the world! Matthew is the greatest big brother and has accepted this huge speed bump in the road well! Thanks to everyone for all the kind wishes and thoughts....Cant wait to have him meet all of his wonderful extend family---(And his god father who was sad he couldnt be here but will snuggle with him soon... huh uncle morphine????) Well we will keep you all posted on here! 

I think I may pop

Just waiting on the arrival of Ben and really I think I might pop. He is trying to escape only issue is through my belly button. Not exactly my plan! We are waiting this week out to see if he comes on his own but if not I will be induced starting Friday night! As of last Wednesday he was approximately 8lbs and 2 ounces and TALL, with a big head ( shocking). My pressure is cooperating now that I am not working but it tends to creep back up here and there. Well I will keep you all posted on Ben's arrival! Cant wait... Until then....

Arrival Soon!!!

Hey Everyone, We are anxiously awaiting the arrival of Benjamin. Only 19 days until my due date but I feel like he could come at anytime. Matthew is adjusting well to the new changes so far in our house. We had a great Easter, visit with Auntie Holly up here and cant wait until everyone comes to visit. Until then...

Fun Times with Matty and Family!

Well things are quickly moving along. We are only 7 weeks until my due date. We now have a wall in our basement that is almost complete and finished for the guest/play room. We will be painting by next weekend - Matthew's and Benjamin's Room. We are planning our next adventure to RI to see Ronnie for his very big 3rd Birthday! We just got back from Danny's christening! Cant wait to see everyone again. Until then!

Welcome Danny to our crazy growing family!

Things have been moving at lightning speed here. We welcomed Danny to our family January 20th 2009. He is growing so fast and he really does have the best big brother, Ronnie! Matthew and Catherine are excited to have another cousin added to the mischief they will all eventually make!
